This non provisional patent application refers to a Utility Patent described thus and accordingly register mail and dated on line this date ahead of time 12/26/2013 at 12:06 p.m. pst USA for those skilled in the art claims all potential technologies to date assembled as a means of protecting the Earth and it's environment from debris and or impact.
